Description: Advances in relational neuroscience have created a new paradigm for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children’s mental health concerns. This day-long conference will integrate key concepts from interpersonal neurobiology, polyvagal theory, and the neurosequential model of therapeutics. Attendees will leave with a new framework for conceptualizing their child client’s symptoms and behaviors that will increase clinician competency and decrease burn-out.
